Although yet in its infancy, the growing number of housing projects is sign of a positive future.

To accomplish such an ambitious objective, numerous projects are required. Following is a number of construction projects at different stages that has already been started or even completed.

The total value is over USD 5 billion, whereas the unit pricing remains undetermined. The project is funded by the United Nations Office for Project Service.
